• Order history

Payment data (bank card) is processed directly by Stripe and never passes through our servers.

Purposes of processing

• Process and ship your order
• Send you the order confirmation and parcel tracking
• Answer your customer service requests
• Produce anonymised internal statistics

Retention period

Order-related data is kept for 3 years for after-sales service purposes, then archived for the legal period of 10 years for accounting obligations.
