Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of the products offered by Basket LED on the basketled.com website to any natural person of legal age, hereinafter the “Customer”.

2. Products

Basket LED sells USB-rechargeable LED shoes intended for children aged 4 to 12 and tweens aged 10 to 15. The essential characteristics of each product (pattern, price, available size when confirmed by the supplier) are presented on the product page.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is free in mainland France for any order over €39; below that amount, a €3.90 fee applies and is shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. The order confirmation is sent by email as soon as payment is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, via Stripe with 3D Secure authentication. No bank data is stored by Basket LED.

6. Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery time to mainland France is 2 to 5 business days. If delivery exceeds the announced time, the Customer may write to us to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product. Returns are free. See the returns policy for the procedure.

8. Customer service

Any question, complaint or return request can be sent to contact@basketled.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

9. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
