Shipping & delivery times

Dispatch

All orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day. After that, dispatch takes place on the next business day.

Delivery times

• Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Parcel tracking: an email with the tracking number is sent to you as soon as the carrier collects the parcel.

Delivery costs

• Free delivery on orders over €39 in mainland France.
• Below €39, a flat fee of €3.90 applies.

Late delivery

If your order has not arrived 7 business days after the tracking number was sent, write to us at contact@basketled.com — we will investigate with the carrier and get back to you within 24 hours.

Incorrect address

If you spot an error in your address, contact us immediately after placing your order. We can correct the address as long as the parcel has not been handed over to the carrier.
