Each pair has LEDs built into the sole, powered by a small USB-rechargeable battery. A discreet button switches between light modes: steady, flashing or fading. When the battery runs out, just recharge it over USB — no button cells to replace, no tools.

Is USB charging included?

Yes. A USB cable comes with every pair to recharge the sole. It plugs into any USB charger (phone, computer, power bank). Charging time depends on the model; we state the battery life clearly on the product page once the supplier confirms it.

How do I choose the right size for my child?

We recommend measuring your child's foot in cm (heel → toe) in the early evening, then adding ~5 mm of growing room. Each product page shows the model's exact EU size once confirmed by the supplier. If in doubt, returns are free within 14 days.

What are the delivery times?

Orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched within 24h. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days to mainland France. Delivery is free in mainland France on orders over €39 — the details are shown at checkout.

What if the size doesn't fit — can I return them?

Yes, no problem. You have 14 days after delivery to send the pair back — in its original condition, with a clean sole. We refund you within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. The return form is in your confirmation email.

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is secured by Stripe with 3D Secure authentication. No card data passes through our site — Stripe takes the payment and only sends us the confirmation.
